How to submit

1. Pick the right journal. Each Publish World journal has its own focus and frequency — see our journals to find the best fit.
2. Prepare your manuscript per the guidelines below.
3. Email it to issnjournal@gmail.com with the journal name in the subject line.
4. Wait for editorial response — typically within 7–10 days.
5. Address reviewer feedback if revisions are requested.
6. Receive certificate & print copy upon publication.

Author guidelines

Languages: Manuscripts may be submitted in English, Hindi, Sanskrit, or Gujarati. Use Unicode for Indic scripts (Devanagari, Gujarati Unicode) — please avoid legacy fonts like Krutidev or Shusha that cause display issues online.

Length: Most papers run between 2,000 and 6,000 words. Shorter notes and longer reviews are considered case-by-case.

Format:

• Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx) preferred
• Times New Roman 12pt, double-spaced, A4 page size
• Title, abstract (150–250 words), keywords (4–6), then the main text
• References at the end, in any consistent style (APA, MLA, Chicago)
• Tables and figures embedded in-line, with captions

Author information: Include full name, affiliation, postal address, email, and a 1–2 line bio for each author on the title page.

Originality: Manuscripts must be original work, not previously published, and not under simultaneous review elsewhere. We screen submissions for plagiarism.

Peer-review process

Every submission is first read by the editorial team to confirm fit and basic quality. Suitable manuscripts are then sent to one or two reviewers — chosen for subject expertise, often from our international advisory board. We follow a double-blind peer review process: author identities are not disclosed to reviewers, and reviewer identities are kept confidential.

Reviewers comment on originality, methodology, argument, clarity, and contribution to the field. Their recommendation falls into one of four categories:

• Accept — no changes needed
• Accept with minor revisions — small edits
• Major revisions — substantive rework, then re-review
• Decline — does not meet journal standards or fit

The full process typically takes 3–6 weeks from submission to decision.

No publication fees

Publish World does not charge submission fees or publication processing fees. Modest charges may apply only for printing certificates and posting the bound print copy of the journal. We started Publish World to make rigorous peer review accessible to researchers without large institutional budgets — that mission still guides every fee and every decision.

After publication

Once your paper is published you'll receive:

• A printed copy of the issue, posted to your address
• A signed certificate of publication
• A PDF of the final paper
• A permanent online listing on this site, with a stable URL you can cite
